Ways to order

How to Order On Line
You can shop/search for items in several different ways using the links or
drop down lists in the left hand navigation

By Main Category - click the required category link to see a list of
items within that area. You can then click a thumbnail to see products. |

By the "Shop by Categories" drop down list. Select the Main Category
from the drop down list. This will then populate the sub category drop down
list. Select the Sub category you require and click the "Go" button |

By Manufacturer - Select the manufacturer from the drop down list. Click
the "Go" button to see all products by that manufacturer. |

Sign In / Registration
The sign in feature offered by us allows you to process your orders quickly
and easily.
You have the option of saving your details once and recalling them for
subsequent orders by simply entering your user name and password. This allows
you to create your own secure account, view your order history and set up
alternative delivery addresses.
What do I do if I forget my password ?
To recover your password click the link "Recover
Password" in the "Authentication" area on the right side navigation bar
Discounts
Individuals
Discounts are available to individuals and increase according to invoice
value. See chart below

Trade customers
Trade customers may register as a “trade customer” and agreed discounts will
apply.
Purchase by use of approved order numbers may be facilitated. VAT will be
shown separately on invoices.
Hardware Shop/ Resale outlet
Hardware Shop/ Resale outlet may register as a “Hardware Shop/ Resale outlet”
and agreed discounts will apply.
Purchase by use of approved order numbers may be facilitated. VAT will be
shown separately on invoices.
Schools and Colleges
Schools and Colleges may register as “Schools and Colleges” and agreed
discounts will apply.
Purchase by use of approved order numbers may be facilitated. VAT will be
shown separately on invoices.
Government Bodies
Government Bodies may register as “Government Bodies” and agreed discounts
will apply.
Purchase by use of approved order numbers may be facilitated. VAT will be
shown separately on invoices.
Registered Companies from outside the Republic of Ireland
Registered Companies from outside the Republic of Ireland with a VAT
registration may purchase goods from the site VAT free.
Trade Credit Account Application
It is possible for registered companies, schools, colleges and government
bodies to apply for a credit account. To apply, complete the form below and
return by e-mail to
info@toolsireland.ie or print off and fax to 00 3531 6961178 for
processing.
Delivery
Ex stock orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. We will advise you
by email the delivery position of non stock items. If the advised delivery date
is not acceptable you have the option to cancel the item. The standard
delivery charge for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is
€7.50.

If you have registered your details on the
www.toolsireland.ie you can track
your orders progress by clicking “My account”.
Returns Policy
If you need to return goods please contact us at
info@toolsireland.ie . Please advise us of your invoice number, and the
part number of the item you wish to return. Please outline the reason for the
return. We contact you on receipt to establish the best method of return.
Please note, unwanted goods should be returned unused and in original packing
within 28 days of invoice. Re-stocking charges may apply.
Secure Ordering
Tools Ireland are committed to providing a safe and secure shopping experience.
We use WorldPay www.worldpay.ie and we
accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa delta, Visa Purchasing)
and Laser.
Wish List
The “Wish List” facility allows you to forward details of a particular item
or items to a friend or colleague. This is a useful tool in a commercial
environment. For example, the engineering department may compile a list of
requirements and forward it to the purchasing department for processing.
Data protection
Please be assured that any information provided by you will be treated
confidentially and any third parties will not contact you.
Shortages
If you discover that the goods received do not match the quantities on your
invoice, you must advise us within 3 days to enable us to investigate the
discrepancy. we are unable to investigate shortages after this 3 day period.
